For drum shades and pendants, the top and bottom diameter are the same measurement. Order a Custom Round Lamp Shade if you desire differing top and bottom diameters.
"Slant Height" is the distance from the top of the shade to the bottom, but measured along the seam. Slant height is NOT ALWAYS the same measurement as the vertical height of the shade.
Not sure what type of FITTER you need? Click on the Fitter Styles link under the Lamp Shade Options menu bar to the left.
"The Drop" is the distance from the top of the ring to the place where the fitter type is attached.
Select this option ONLY if you require your metal hardware in a specific color. Standard hardware will have either nickel OR brass finish.
