Custom Round Half Lamp Shades
Custom half lampshades, sometimes referred to as sconce shades or ADA lampshades, are as easy to order as our regular lamp shades. They differ from regular round lampshades in that a portion of the shade is cut away. This allows placement of the lampshade closer to the wall, or creating a "shield" or half-shade effect which reflects light back against the wall.
You choose the exact size, shape, fitter type and color and we'll promptly finish the shades exactly to your specification.
As is standard on a majority of half shades, the center of the fitter will be in-set approximately 1 ½" from the back of the shade. This allows the sides of the shade to hide the bulb. If you require special positioning of the fitter, relative to the back or the front of the sconce, please indicate that information in the comment section of your order during the checkout process.
