Cut Crystal Star Newel Post

How this newel post has survived is beyond me... It is two pieces of cut crystal glass molded togther. Yes. It is hollow and mounted on a bronze type base with a plaster fixant. It stands 6" tall and 5" wide. One could desire it to be lite and we can do that. The base has an inner diameter of 1". it has the smallest chip at the top of the star that is barely noticeable. It also has a small hole to secure it by a nail into a newel post.
