9.5 x 14 x 12 Slate Blue Ombre Silk Thread Lampshade with slate Blue Silk Interior

Ombre silk thread is carefully wrapped around this steel frame and finished with hand sewn pale blue silk shantung ocean silk liner.  There is over 3,800 inches of silk per shade.  All wrapped by hand.  

Dimensions: 9" top, 14" bottom diameter, 12" slant with nickel washer spider, requires a 9-10" harp.

The frame, fabric, trims and other materials that comprise a designer studio lampshade were locally sourced and are sewn together by our skilled sewer. No automated or mass production processes are used to create our lampshades. Every lampshade we create in our studio is made one at a time, unique and truly a labor of love-stitch by stitch. And glue is always used sparingly.
