Drum Half Inch Knife Pleat Lampshade

Because not every soft shade has to be old fashioned, we made this Modified Drum Lampshade 'new-fashioned with a linear two-inch open box pleat. We kept the self trim to 3/8in thickness but added a Cambridge cord in Chalk White from our neighbors Samuel and Sons around the top and bottom circumferences. We are always so proud of the workmanship we can offer our clients. So many options... This is not in stock but we can make it along in so many pleats to add your own personal touch. Every Limited Editions Lampshade is Handmade.

The frame, fabric, trims and other materials that comprise a designer studio lampshade were locally sourced and are sewn together by our skilled sewer. No automated or mass production processes are used to create our lampshades. Every lampshade we create in our studio is made one at a time, unique and truly a labor of love-stitch by stitch. And glue is always used sparingly.
