8 x 14 x 11 Breakfast Room Green Stretched Silk Dupioni with Cord

These cottagey green silk lampshades are casual and dressy for the country or city bedroom.  We stretched a beautiful cottage green silk and added a Samuel and Sons  1/4 inch Gresham Woven Cord cord around the top and bottom circumference.  Ivory Silk lined.  Sized for smaller lamps or tall console lamps.  8 inch top x 14 inch bottom x 11 inch side.  Brass washer spider and would prefer a 9 inch harp.

The frame, fabric, trims and other materials that comprise a designer studio lampshade were locally sourced and are sewn together by our skilled sewer.  No automated or mass production processes are used to create our lampshades.  Every lampshade we create in our studio is made one at a time, unique and truly a labor of love-stitch by stitch.  And glue is always used sparingly.
